      Решил выложить пока на англ инструкцию по микроинъекциям. И начну работу по ее переводу и адаптации на русский язык. Пока кто хочет может ознакомиться с оригиналом на англ.

      Micro-dosing

      The concept is simple. A cell or group of cells need to come in contact with ONLY the tiniest amount of a compound. We can't create depots with water based compounds (because they slip slide away) and even if we could they would just seep into the blood stream at some rate (just like oil) and not expand their cell contact range.

      The body is not stupid. Injected IGF-1 for example may make contact with some receptors on a few cells before quickly moving into the blood stream. A few cells with activated intracellular signaling from the IGF-1 is akin to one guy mumbling in an ancient forest. Not much is going to happen. But if you can locate several of these guys in the forest... well maybe they will be heard... and when the giant hears the howling in the forest he may just roll over and continue sleeping. But what if it is repeated and than again and again. Well the giant will notice that it is not just some far off wind... but creatures are stirring and he will take notice and in so doing DO something.

      IGF-1 or BPC is just some dude howling in the forrest in terms of local effects. 5 dudes or dudettes placed in various spots in the forrest howling at once create enough noise to be heard. Come back 3 hours later and place 5 more howling dudes in nearby places in the forest and the trees wake up and start talking to one another. The big Oak reaches it's branches out to the Douglas fir and says "Dude at my roots be howling... better get busy." Douglas fir reaches it's branch out to the Redwood which reaches out to Elm tree and communicates "dude is howling... better get going." Now the Elm is lazy... if she gets that one message she's going back to sleep... but if the message comes from another swarth of trees who are describing another entirely different howling dude... well that's enough to get Elm off her rooted ass and wake the sleep giant called Autocrine/Paracrine...

      So if you inject a bunch of mgs of howling dudes all at once.. not much is going to happen in the local forest... they'll end up going white water rafting... But split them up and inject a few of them in different spots... keep some back in reserve and inject them a little later in nearby places... repeat this process and low and behold you might wake the giant.

      Now people get all wrapped up in how many dudes and dudettes do I need to inject? How many equivalent dudes is this compared to that? C'mon man! We all know dudes and dudettes aren't the most productive members...

      How do I KNOW micro-doing works?

      I literally watched it in my body. I used nanogram dosing of some peptides (none of which we talk much about) to regrow skin from the "stem cell layer". I did this across my upper chest at a time when I was tan from MT2. Three times a day sometimes 2 occasionally 4. I would dose as described and move the needle each time to cover the entire upper chest.

      After 2 weeks a freaky thing happened... That entire area returned to untanned (I've been Caucasian all of my life..) ...the untanned skin was baby soft... it was brand new skin grown from the stem cell like layer and this was visibly demonstrated by the lack of enhanced melanin that the skin previously had from MT2. ... it scared me straight for sure...

      ...but the cool thing is that I had a visual on how cells communicate. Some of them got the message from the micro-dosed peptide and communicated it to neighbors. None of which would have taken the message seriously but for the fact that they received it from a different group of cells... dudes be howling everywhere... better wake the basal stem cell giant and get him to do stuff... "you serious?" said the last cell right before he tapped the giant on his membrane to awaken him. "Dudes be howling" said his neighbors... "dudes be howling."

      With my experiments with stem cell cytokines I micro-dosed 2 sometimes three and occasionally once a day for 21 days. Then stopped. Perhaps 14 days later I saw new epidermal tissue emerge, shocking as it was baby white across the the areas (plural) injected replacing deeply tanned skin. I refer to this because it is a practical example of where my understanding of micro-dosing came from. It isn't just theoretical.

      Some things I learned... you don't micro inject in the same spots you skew them to the left and right. Maybe every 3rd day you end up coming within 2.5 centimeters of a previous bombarded area. The idea people have of injecting something once and letting it do its thing is flawed IF you are using a factor intended to bring about local effects. Cells tissue is programed not to full respond to a dose of factor that happens by. Some cells will respond but signaling to other cells to also respond won't be vigorous because the body isn't stupid. It has checks and balances. But if neighboring tissue is also getting the same message from factors injected into them and this is continuing every 3rd day in that specific tissue and every day in neighboring tissues, pretty soon larger swaths of tissue are responding to an environmental switch. Some threshold has been met to flip the switch.

      Switches are flipped NOT usually only by quantity of a factor but by - 1 continued presence of the factor & 2 -presence of other factors or environmental cues
      Switches do not only create binary responses... yes they are binary BUT they are permissive... meaning once flipped there are a variety of outcomes possible depending on the way the factor is presented to its receptors, the presence of other factors and receptors and the way they are presented.

      What distinguishes an unfriendly poke versus a massage. A poke might be a larger quantity of someones hand pushing into you (high single dose). What is the response from this? Tension. A massage might include more than one hand pushing on you but with a lower dose... lower dose. The entire body might not view this as a que to relax unless this same lower dose multiple hand push occurs again but in a slightly different place. The result is less tension.

      With factors, hormones and cytokines the goal is to invoke just the right pathways in the cell for the right amount of time. So external dosing and pattern can trigger various intracellular responses. When we present multiple factors or receptors at the same time an amplified intractracellular response may be triggered. An anabolic example is the IGF-1 receptor and GH receptor expression occurring at the same time in the same place... they end up acting as two intertwined tree trunks.

      Now micro-dosing's goal is to trigger signaling in as many sells as possible. This is all you can do from the outside. But what does it look like inside a cell? Think of the inside as being a pinball machine. If the ball bounces off the highest left side bumper it ricochets against the rubber band which does what? It makes the Fonzie pinball machine say "Heeeeeeyy." If we analogize triggering "Heeeeeeeyy" to initiating gene transcription that will result in specific protein being synthesized we have our simplistic view of intracellular signaling from the cell membrane receptor to the nucleus.

      Now here is the part I wanted to convey. Inside the sell is just like outside the cell. Outside the sell if a hormone binds to receptors on 50 cells it might not be enough to make a tissue-wide difference. BUT micro-dosing and having it occur in 1000 cells might. Now inside the cell the hormone binding to receptor might only trigger 50 pinball plays that make Fonzie go "Heeeeeeeyy" But what if inside the cell you could get 1000 pinball plays going at the same time? You'd get a cacophony of "Heeeeeeeyy? OR a lot of gene transcription for the protein in question.

      The strength of binding of the hormone to the receptor, the time at the receptor, the degree to which internally the cell is not desensitized, the environment in which this occurs (two such states are fed versus fast and tissue damage versus no damage), the presence of a primed state, the co-presence of other factors, etc. all help determine how many pinball machines will be set up.

      If you need a mental image envision a giant auditorium with nothing set up... just empty. That is a cell. But if cubicles and booths are set up that is akin to scaffolding that is set up in cells to shepard a specific intracellular pathway to the nucleus. It is assembled in response to the hormone binding to the receptor and priming. This can also be though of as the pinball machine. The auditorium can be filled with a few or a lot of booths. If a hormone binding to a receptor trigger the setting up of a lot of booths or pinball machines there will be a lot more gene transcription occurring from just that one event.

      So touching multiple tissues multiple times AND having multiple intracelluler routes set up in as many cells as possible creates change.

      So if you are asking me about breaks I'd set things up for a three week or 20 day to 4 week 30 day interval. My IGF-1 R3 non-micro-dosed usage for immune system stimulation is 30 days and no more. I find this pattern to be effective in many areas, including higher dose insulin settings....

      Форумный размышлятель , кавказского загара, англо-писающий . Типа 30 ед ГР это заебись, а микроинъекциями ещё круче.
